Detailed Itinerary


Day 1: Reach Chopta.


Embark on a scenic mountain drive, making occasional stops along the way to refresh and enjoy meals at your own cost. Capture memorable moments with your camera, and enjoy the journey with some light music. As you travel, you’ll pass through notable destinations like Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Ukhimath, eventually reaching your destination by late afternoon or evening. Upon arrival, check into your pre-booked Swiss camps. Take some time to rest and relax at the campsite, where you’ll be served evening tea, followed by dinner, and then settle in for a restful night’s sleep.



Day 2: Chopta to Tungnath to Chandrashila and Drive to Saari Village.


Altitude: 6,300 ft. (1,920 m) to 9,600 ft. (2,926 m.)

Embark on a gradual trek along a well-maintained path leading to the temple, winding through a landscape rich with diverse flora and fauna, including towering rhododendron and pine trees in expansive meadows. The anticipation of reaching the temple and peak will drive you onward. Upon arriving at the temple, take a moment to rejuvenate, and offer your respects at the world's highest Shiva temple, which is believed to be over 1,000 years old. Continue the trek with a final ascent to the Chandrashila Summit, where you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Himalayan peaks and a stunning sunset that feels like the cherry on top. Spend some time at the windy summit, capturing unforgettable moments, and then make your way back to Chopta and Drive to Saari Village.



Day 3: Saari To Deoriatal To Rishikesh.


This morning, after an early breakfast, from there, we will walk to the entrance point of the Deoriatal trek, located at an altitude of 2,012 meters. Deoriatal is a tranquil lake renowned for its breathtaking reflection of the Chaukhamba peak in its crystal-clear waters and offers a magnificent view of the vast Himalayan range in the background, including peaks such as Chaukhamba, Bandarpunch, Kalanag, Nilkantha, and the Kedar ranges. After enjoying the serene beauty of the lake, we will trek back to the roadhead, board our vehicles, and drive towards Rishikesh. We aim to arrive in the evening, with drop-offs at Natraj Chowk or ISBT Rishikesh.
